I almost had a fit

So Monday last week I shipped my computer to the manufacturer to see if they can figure out WHY it's not powering on. They had previously sent me a new power supply, which I installed, then a motherboard which I installed and it still wasn't powering up. I spent $115 shipping the computer, made sure they had it where the computer had to be signed for not just left, and then I got the "We delivered it!" email. So I call up the manufacturer today for an update giving them a week to get to it and the person on the line is like "I don't have that we received the RMA" I was like "WHAT!?!?!" I kept calm told them my tracking number from UPS and they were able to track it down. Thankfully. I about had a heart attack. So far there is no diagnosis on the machine. That may mean they haven't gotten around to it or they're scratching their heads. At least they have it and hopefully they've attached the RMA to the machine now.(Even though I wrote it on sharpie on the box before I shipped it.)
