Famous Patient

I had a famous patient today. It was a writer who I really admire. It wasn't really my patient, but the other student's patient. I kept stealing him/her because I was bored and the other student was busy and the patient was very cool. Also, the patient was able to have coherent conversations, which was a step up from almost everyone else on the floor, and we were both a bit bored, so we talked for a while. The patient looked very different due to his/her illness and I didn't connect the dots until the end of the shift, which is probably good because I would have wanted to ask for an autograph and that's not really professional.

I'm weird because I want to go back tomorrow for an autograph.

Sorry, I just had to tell someone and I can't even hint at it with my friends because they know where I am during the week and my location would have given away a LOT of information about this patient.
