Hey everyone,

This is my first posting on this site. I've worked in phone support for over five years, and have NEVER encountered anyone as bad as this jerk.......some have come close, but never this bad. Apparently he's upset with his cable service.......Too bad he doesn't know how to construct a sentence without the words f***, f****t or c*** or maybe they'd help him.

Pretty good first post.
This guy is the SC's SC. I'm surprised that TWC didn't already drop this piece of work as a customer. Come to think of it, I'm equally surprised this guy wasn't comped somehow.
