So is there an animal protection services you can call like child protective services? Cause those people don't deserve to own a dog.

You know what you need?

Dogsitting fees.

You'll agree to watch over the pooches for, say, 2 hours past when they're done with the grooming, then every 15 minutes past that is $10.00 for kennel services, payable at 5 minutes.

O.k., so what if it was a little dog and not a German Shepherd? What if it was a little turdlet and not diarrhea? And the couple opted to get the entire vehicle cleaned, engine detailed, tuned up, new paint job whatever . . . Would your DM still cave into their demands and pay the whole bill?

Also grooming the dog doesn't take that long, unless you wanted something really fancy. People should learn responibility for their pets. Odds are if these people have kids they leave them in a store possibly a video games store unattended for hours while they go to a hair salon. You wonder how kids get snatched from stores it's because their parents left them there and the store management is too chicken **** to call children's services.
