I just found out my former manager got laid off. 
I really liked her. My team is all at home people so we need minimal supervision, so I didn't know her THAT well, but she was very nice when we spoke and not pushy about things. My new manager can be a little... pushy, sometimes.
Leaving that aside, I think it's very sad that they picked her to lay off. I'm really going to miss her and I think it was a bad decision. Meh...
