    Surely everyone working in retail has had fantasies like this...

    Ah, just me then.

    Heh. Verbally keeping the guy out didn't work, so physically pushing him right back out makes sense to me...Dunno about the alleged headlock or throwing him to the ground (seems a bit excessive unless he fought them -- if he did, all bets are off), despite the fact that he was s security/theft risk at that point.
