    Ron 'Shepherd Book' Glass has left us

    Veteran actor Ron Glass, who was in everything from Maude and Barney Miller to Firefly, Rugrats, and Agents of SHIELD, has passed on as of last night.

    Rest in Peace, Padre. Some day, let's sail the 'Verse together.

    I wonder if Detective Harris' book "Blood on the Badge" was ever made into a movie...

    Someone on a different site mentioned that he's in the new office with Fish, Yemana, Dietrich, Levitt and Inspector Luger.

    I love that cops used to say that "Barney Miller" was the most accurate depiction of police work on the air for years.
