poor Hina.... I feel your pain. your telebanking adventures are quite evil yet hilarious though. and yes, some people are just down right ignorant dicks sadly. I know how those uppity people can be.
I dated a girl from Quebec, and not tryin to generalize (everyone there isn't like this), but good gawd she was super uppidy and snobbish!! gorgeous but very stuck up, her and all her friends so yea... but you seem to handle your calls well much better than I. I would have been fired for demoralizing and destroying someones soul by now through the phone!!!
