I can see him being upset about not being able to buy an item twice, but when they EXPLAINED that it was recalled and stocked ACCIDENTALLY and that they are human and make mistakes, he should have let it go. Demanding the other tent for the old price was pretty douche-baggy. I'll bet if he'd been understanding they would have knocked a few bucks off for him.
