Hello from New England, USA. I am so relieved to find this site and I thank its creator[s?] for providing us with such a valuable release from the everyday stress of dealing with ... you know ... customers.
I work in a women's clothing store, where the customer issues are: vanity, style, vanity, price, vanity, comfort, vanity, size, vanity, coupons, vanity, personal service, vanity, special attention, and vanity.
To be fair, most of our customers really don't suck (that much), but some certainly DO, and if it isn't them, it's their bossy demanding mothers, daughters, relatives, friends, spouses, or whatever they are. No matter how they behave, we retail associates ALWAYS must be warm, friendly, accomodating, diplomatic, and at their service for ever 'n' ever. <eye roll>
I'm sure I'll be posting regularly and I'm grateful for this place to vent, among those who understand.
