In under 4 minutes, I was trying to get one, and the website was responding horrendously. I spent a ton of time trying to refresh.

Well, my artist friend is going to be at DragonCon, among others. She did offer to watch to see if any are for sale there and pick one up, depending on budget. Do you have a price range you'd be comfortable with?

Preferably something around like $40, honestly....the ones on Ebay are hovering around $40-60, so I'm cringing, but thinking that may end up just being the way to go. Doubt landing one for $20 will be a possibility at this point. :<

Hmmm.... Possibilities are still there, from what I hear. My artist friend got one this morning at 11:38AM Eastern time. Apparently the site is cancelling multiple orders, so limited stock is showing up again. Of course, it was gone by the time I saw the email at 12:09.
I'll keep watching.
