Or treat the employees well. I've noticed several places I go become more generous when you're a known tipper, and don't explode over minor issues. Oh, and don't demand/beg extras for free. Of course, this takes time, as the workers start to recognize you on sight, and whatnot.

The other night I had one of my last deliveries was to a "well-known" room in a nursing facility. the next night all I had to say to a fellow driver was I got 123ed and he knew exactly WHO and where I was talkiing about.

that's what my manager, old man smelly, smells like! :O it's not embalming fliud but it's this other foul smelling oil that he rubs on himself all the time. god it makes him STINK! maybe it's the same with this old woman. ugh that smell makes me puke! i'm getting nausous just thinking about it.
