        Ohhhh... my company would so fire the person over that!!

        Unfortunately, I run into issues with (l)users who forget their email passwords and call me... and I can do nothing to help them because I don't have access to their email accounts. Or their network logins. If they have a problem with logging in to my company's site... SURE, I'll help. To the guy who wanted me to contact Yahoo for him because he couldn't get in for some unknown reason... Sorry, but you have to die in a fire now! ^_^
