    Even the sugar-free "chocolates" made for diabetics has calories.

    If she's truly worried about it, she shouldn't be eating chocolate!

    However, super dark chocolate (70% or darker) is actually good for you, but once you turn it into a truffle or something like that that the store the OP works at specializes in, it's not got the same properties as just eating 1/2-1 oz of the plain dark stuff does, due to the addition of the filling.

      I've head carob ice cream bars, that stuff is surprisingly good.
