We have an "authentic" Mexican restaurant here. The locals claim it to be "the best Mexican evah!" I've eaten Mexican in all over the country: San Diego, and McAllen TX, just to name a few; as well hand-made by my Mexican immigrant co-workers' grandmothers. The Taco John's and the new Taco Bell in town are more authentic than the swill this place puts out. The most authentic thing about this place is the teenage Latina at the register that doesn't speak a word of Spanish.
