I have to say, I DO like the fact that all the money was refunded so promptly. It sends the message that you find his behavior so repulsive that you are willing to immediately give up a $1400 sale without even being asked.

Telling an SC that his business isn't wanted takes away all his illusions of power.

Personally, I think if it were me, I wouldn't have refunded the money, but went ahead and delivered it. Of course, without a receipt, he wouldn't have been able to return the merchandise...

Kudos to your manger for not backing down to this moron. If more managers/companies would do this, CS type of jobs would not suck so much.
