Kudos to the Cinnabon Clerk
Mrs. IA and I stopped at a local Cinnabon today for a quick snack. She ordered a minibon , then I ordered a pecan minibon. When I got to the table she asked where her minibon was. I thought she had taken it with her, but she hadn't.
I went back to the clerk and found out he only prepared, and charged for, one minibon. When I gave my order, he had taken her minibon and added the caramal and nuts to it. So I orderd a second minibon.
When I got back to the table with it, Mrs. IA remarked that she didn't realize the minibons came in caramal pecan, so I took it back to have the caramel and pecans added. This is normally a $1 charge, so I took out a $5 to pay for it. The clerk said not to pay, it was on him.
So I dropped the $5 into his tip cup. He it was too much and to take it back. So I did, had him change it for ones, and put $2 in the tip cup.
