.. I don't know if you count as a client, co-worker or boss, so here goes..
Dear Schmuck,
If you admit you made a colleague of mine redundant without checking the impact that would inflict on our workload..
If you don't check what our workload is _before_ you make my colleague redundant.. (she was doing 3x yer average persons project load)
If you pop over and ask how things are going, and I tell you politely that actually we could do with more staff (since we've been officially shorthanded for a few years now)..
There are many responces that I will accept from you.
"Work Harder" ain't one of them.
