  • What Is It With Cats Recently?

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-wiltshire-11407516

Following the woman who threw the cat in the garbage, here is a cat whcih has been dyed pink by pranksters.Poor cat. Although personally I think he looks cute like that.

I don't see anything wrong with that sort of thing as long as non-poisonous colouring is used
Well, fine, if it's your own cat and you know it doesn't mind getting wet. Though I agree she does look cute

At least they avoided most of her face.

I hope she has an owner and they find them. She looks like a sweet kitty.

i agree... dying a cat is perhaps a bit unusual but as long as the cat isn't harmed (and isn't annoyed say... more than a cat would be at the groomers) then... it's ok.

i mean at least it wasn't spray paint
      "you spray painted a cat?"

though my boyfriend just gave me a sick idea...
"pinky and the brain"... so all you need is a second cat to go along with the pink one

Not a cat, but this guy should work.

The two-year-old, who has been named Pink, is said to be in good health.

Absolutely clever name!! How did they ever think to name that cat that name??
            I'm bringing disdain back...with a vengeance.

Oh, and your tool box called...you got out again.

Follow-up story, it's the owner who dyed the cat, using food dye.

He probably prefers to be called Pink than "Oi Kitty" which is apparently his real name

                    Yeah. That's a stupid name.

Do people know how to read? From the comments:
Although the cat hasn't come to any harm, what gave her the god-given right to take someone elses cat and dye it?? Maybe if it was her own animal it might now be so bad but if that was my cat i'd be livid!!!
                    It WAS her cat!

And some people are comparing it to the woman who put the cat in the trash can and closed the lid. Like food coloring even compares.
