I am new to hosting, I did most of my resturant time in fast food. Lately I have been experiencing an odd phenomenon. We have to give a little run down of the specials and the soup of the day etc, called a script. Lately I have noticed that after a while, I am forgetting my whole script. Tonight, I sat three parties in a row where I would tell them, "here's your table and tonight we arefeaturing . . . . . . . pause awkwardly for a few seconds . . . . . our special. Gosh, I sware my brain is dying a bit every night from saying the same thing over and over again.
