Short on detail

An SC came to my work last night (while I wasn't working) saying he forgot to get a receipt for a transaction.

He doesn't know how much it was.
He doesn't know what he bought.
He doesn't know approximately what time of day he bought whatever it was.
He doesn't even know what day it happened.

Apparently, when told that the manager will have to look in the logs and call him back, he threw a tantrum.

Yeap.. had that sort of thing.

It's even worse when they give you some of those details (like day and time) and they're quite wrong...<sigh> And guess who's fault it would be.......
