A small update -

I talked to the sup who 'took care' of this lady the other night, and she said that when she took her to the dairy case, she found out that she didn't want the pre-made tea in gallon jugs, but Arizona tea Loony started cursing and screaming at the sup and wouldn't stop it, so Sup just walked away and left her.

One time I saw a cusotemr who loked lost

Me: Can I help yo find anything?
SC: Soda
Me: What kind, 2L, small bottles or our soda machine
SC: S-O-D-A
Me: Yes, what kind of soda do you want, the L bottles, the small refrigerated bottles or the soda machine?
SC: since you don;t know what you are talking about, I will fidn someone else.

The next person he found was the GM.

The GM asked the same question I did, the SC called the Gm uselsss and said he would cal the 1-800 number ad get us all fired. He never called the 1-800 number bit 20 mins later called the store and asked for the manager. He explained the situation to the GM, exaggerated by about %200, and demanded compensation. The Gm informed him that it was handled correctly, since he was the one the SC talked to. The SC hung up.
