  • The Bleach Meat Scammer

Today, a customer came up to the service desk claiming that the bleach leaked all over her meat. The FEM wouldn't refund the customer since the meat cost a lot and she didn't have the receipt. The receipt in the bag was for other items entirely. The store director and another employee who is a department head checked the camera and it turned out that the customer grabbed the meat off the shelf and did something to the bleach to make it leak all over.

The store director didn't think the customer would be back. If she does, she'll probably end up arrested.

Thank God the FEM had a backbone! and what a waste of meat.
Time! Time! Time is what turns kittens into cats.

Don't teach me a lesson; all I learn is that you are an asshole.

    I wish porn had subtitles.

I second that. Thank goodness for managers who are willing to look at things from all angles before making a decision. I know of a person at one of my jobs who will just about take anyone's word on darn near anything...drives me up the wall!

I remember a time at my grocery job when someone tried to return some pre-cooked meat (like chicken tenders wrapped in a package that you just heat up), with the reason that they "taste like crap". I denied him the refund and had him visit the meat department the following morning. I never did find out the result of that (I'm a third shifter).

I guess I'm just too sensitve.I feel bad for the meat,as in a poor animal died for this retard to ruin it for consumption.I eat meat but I'm respectful of where the meat came from.

We spot the elusive manager with a spine. At my store it is pretty much policy to give money back when ever a custoemr wants it back, even if we know it is a scam.

You have earned my deep respect Candyshop. Few things drive me as mad as people wasting food (even plants) without giving a second thought to the living beings that it came from. One thing that almost always puts me on edge is arriving at a supermarket and seeying carts with meats in them that people left behind because lines were too long or something. Thus spoiling the meat.
I pet animals, I rescue insects, I hug trees.

I get told to stop the buddhist crap from my hubby all the time.I was in the garden and postioned my buddha statue just right so it didn't kill any of the worms. And I refuse to make the spiders go away from my kitchen window because they have to live somewhere too.My hubby just laughs. And just something funny I read the other day,I guess the dali lama started eating meat again. But I guess he has to bless the meat first.
