The Monday that was extra sucky - long

This was 2 weeks ago.

First, stupid neighbor (who owns some type of business that involves trucks hauling sand) wakes me up at 4 am. Usually at 5am her truck drivers start their trucks and move out; they wake me up but I usually have no problems going back to sleep, but there was continuous racket until 7am-wake up time for me!

Then I'm driving to the Park and Ride and I change lanes. I see the car in the lane I'm going to change into is 6 car legnths away. AFter changing lanes, I leave about 2 car legnths in between. Asshole who was behind me decides to speed up, change lanes, then cut in front of me. Then he extends his index finger in a "salute".

At work, it's 11 am, I go to the second floor. CW tells me patron on work computer probably needs help. 11:30 am his time is almost up; he comes up to me with 3 min. left and wants more time. Unfortunately, between him needing time and telling me he needs help, and me not able to extend his time, by the time we get to his computer, he is logged out. Then he's angry at me, telling me I logged him out on purpose. Then latter he comes by and tells me, "I was going to complain about you being inconsiderate, but I decided not to, blah blah blah..." I asked him, "how was I inconsidereate?" He said, "you were inconsiderate." I tell him, "well, I need facts, not opinions. How was I inconsiderate." He gives me a look like I"m an idiot and leaves.

Now there are two study rooms in the back, one guy told me he had to return his computer her will be back in 5 min. I see the second study room was left vacant by an idiot who didn't tell me he was leaving so I lock it. A different guy wants the room but then idiot comes back, wanting the room back but I told him, "you didn't tell me you were leaving, so it goes to someone else." At that point cw showed up so I left the mess to her.

I come back to the second floor at 1pm. AT 2pm people from the unemployment office comes in for 2 hours to help patrons with job searching/resume writing. At 1:47 CW from downstairs ask if the people with her (1 white male, 1 hispanic male, and 1 woman from India) could use the computers. I say sure, but at 2pm people from unemployement come in and they take over the computers. White guy has a fit, says it's discrimination, we are prejudice, he is calling Channel 2 and reporting us. I try to log them in but crazy white guy is on his cell phone. CW ask if he wants to talk to her supervisor (who is at lunch, why not leave the poor woman alone why not find another supervisor) and he said yes. NOw India woman says she is not with the other 2, she wants to use the computer for whatever time I can give her.

I was so mad that day because of all this crazy crap I just couldn't type about the experience until now.

Oh wow, what a whole lot of suck I know it doesn't make up for these guys, but I promise you I'm nowhere near that sucky in the library - I think you & your coworkers/brethren/etc are just angels
