      There was a People's Court episode where a guy had his car hooked up to a tow truck and decided he was going to drive off while the car was still attached. Then decided it was a good idea to try to sue for the cost of repairs for the damage he caused! I don't remember if he won or not. I think he lost because he was an idiot.

      So, by using the Doctor's reasoning, bow ties, fezzes and bandanas are cool.
