I used to temp for our current local magistrate. Of course the idiot was denied.
Anybody with a brain can look at our respective plat maps, and his town work permit and notice that he just put in a lovely big paved drive [yay, his taxes are going up!] and new leech bed for his septic system - and that he does have access to his property, and room enough to have his workers park, and fit more than 1 C&D can all at the same time.
