They were afraid that they'd set off an alarm by turning the handle. But the only alarms that go off are a chime tone that the door's been forced in the Security office. Who ALSO could have been called BTW.. there was a phone inside the room. is your employer one of the weirdo corps that wont allow a pst file? ive found that those will do nicely to archive the mail and keep it off the server. but my current employer refuses to allow them. i think i can beat the file count though. i had a (l)user who had 5 pst files spanning back to his original install of outlook 97. it included his welcome to outlook email. i was tasked with rebuilding his profile for the 6th time and was ordered by CIO to just make another pst file and get out.

You obviously overestimate my users abilities.

The problem was that I didn't get the call until his folder was so overfilled that Outlook was freezing up on his PC. Sure, I could probably clean it from the server side (Deleting whole years at a time is fun!), but I find it much more...educational...to make him clean up his own mess.

There are some nice people there, the medical staff seems caring, the Doctors seem like.. well.. DOCTORS.. (Sorry for any MD's out there but I haven't met many that weren't AT LEAST full of themselves...)
