    Jim the amazing pop star


    This is Jim    .He's 91 and a folk singer.
    He has written a song about the D-Day landings which he took part in-he was the youngest soldier there at just 15.
    It's been released as a single for the 75th anniversary and it's hoped it will get to No.1 to make him the oldest ever chart-topper.
    And a worthier contender you shall not find.

    That is a lovely song. It reminded me of some of the Irish folks songs about war that I have heard.
    "I don't have to be petty. The Universe does that for me."

      He made it to No. 1 on Amazon’s music chart. Now he needs to top the other charts.
