This is a suck my finance witnessed last week. He works at the blue hardware store.
Apparently, the SC was overcharged by three cents. No big deal, right? Oh wait, I'm here aren't I? He throws a fit. They try to get hive him three pennies but nope, he wants it back on his store credit. As they are attempting this, the customer rambles on about how they overcharge every customer three cents and that's how they make their bonus.
He is also verbally berating everyone getting involved, to the point where when they finally got him to leave, the front-end manager stated that she had really wanted to ban him. Then, the cashier said that he did that every time he came in. The managers talked it over and one called the card company to see if they could do anything. They wound up putting in a request to revoke his credit.
