You guys probably do not remember me, I was a member here a while back. Lost touch with the forums after all the changes, finishing up with school, doing other things, but I am glad to return.

Always liked these forums, a place where people that understand what it is like to have CS customers on a daily basis. Great place to vent and be appreciated
