    The last time I was in the hospital and couldn't get my post-surgical nausea to go away, the nurses gave me a shot of Benadryl in my IV bag. It did in 20 minutes what 8+ hours of anti-nausea meds couldn't!

      Candied ginger can work, too. Your tea sounds good!

      ETA: Almost forgot - plain chamomile tea. I don't like the taste but it works. And it's very mild.
