Just curious, but has anyone encountered a Dion-class SC? i.e. someone whose behaviour pattern is run around/sue?

i used to work for a big Telco here and the number of times i heard I'll sue because some bozo was too cheap to pay for a business class line (which had a higher priority for repairs during an outage than a residental line). service goes down. customer is on a residential line - 48 hours fault fix. business line - 24 at most.The mere fact that we have the flamethrower means that someone, somewhere once said "You know, I'd really like to set those customers over there on fire, but don't possess the means to do it"Comment
