    Customer posts a complaint about flight delays on a US Airways flight on Twitter, in return gets a pic of a plane in some gal's landing strip.

    A theory states that if anyone discovers exactly what the Universe is for, it will be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable.

    Another theory states that this has already happened.

        Well, it seems that it apparently was a mere copy/paste fuckup (the worker had copied the URL from another Twitter account in order to report it but forgot about it before he replied to the complaint), so no heads are going to roll.
