My cat's huge, but it's all muscle and fluff, like someone else said. XD She's currently in the doghouse with my parents cuz she ripped up a bird on the kitchen floor and beat up the tomcat accross the road. I told them it's cuz I'm no longer there to excert my calming influence. XD

Anyone who says you can't train a cat just doesn't know how to do it.

You can get them to stop some behaviors with a little negative reinforcement (a squirt bottle is great, a little lemon in the water can help). And to train them to do tricks, you just have to give them a reward every single time. Dogs will do tricks in the hope of getting treats and figure they must have made a mistake if you don't give them one or will be happy with praise, but if a cat isn't guaranteed a treat, it's not going to do the tricks.
