Mmmm ... Much much better than common dog water, collected off undistinguished fire hydrants and tree trunks.

I like that website. I personally would be more interested in buying boiled peanut water which I do drink because salt. But nobody needs to market that to me. I think the whole hot dog water idea makes a very good point about marketing. I had heard of raw water and I couldn't believe it.

Then you should try the "Brooklyn Bar Menu Generator".

          http://www.brooklynbarmenus.com/

I just pulled it up and got the following:

          spicy watermelon 18
palmed plum & miniature rice 16
          butter 12
          hazelnuts 10
          kale croquettes 8
ham with locally-sourced rye jam & seasonal arugula 14
          lime 14
          natural watercress 10
          lamb 9
blistered pepper sliders & awakened orecchiette 14

So I refreshed and got this:

kraut waffle & rubbed peach 10
          marrow 17
          pepper & water crumble 18
          seasonal lime toast 18
          shell bean pancake 18
homemade pork belly & quickened fennel souffle 11
          gravlax & japanese bluefish 14
winter farfalle pate with country ramp pie 17
          beer-braised kale 14
palmed corn & sungold toss 12

*giggling madly at "awakened orecchiette"* I'd completely forgotten about that menu generator.

"Hand-pulled bison"...I'm not even gonna go there.

I wonder if either the common dog water or the hot dog water was collected from the Hot Dog Man...

That Brooklyn Bar Menu thing is hilarious. Don't eat or drink while you use that site.

                "Sprouted water"
                "Booze souffle"
                "Free-range seaweed"
When you start at zero, everything's progress.
