Not sure what her problem was... I was sending off a letter via overnight mail. I had even filled out the little "signature waived" box ahead of time.
the only thing i didn't have was the zip code.
Sure all she said was "you don't have the zip code?" but the tone of voice was... rude. As if she somehow thought I was lying about it. With a touch of condensation.
I mean wtf, it's in your bloody computer. yeesh.
Still I made a point of not being rude back to her & being extra polite.
