    Suggestions re new prepaid CC

    For the signature box ... would you recommend I sign it, or write "Please request identification" in it? I've heard arguments for both ... on real credit cards, that is.

    I'm not sure the "identification" is such an issue with this one, since it is a prepaid card ... if I haven't put any money onto it, all a thief will get is a nice plastic bookmark.

    Check your user agreement; you may need a scanning electron microscope to make it all legible >_> The big CC companies normally have something in there that states that the card is not valid until it has been signed. The back of the card may reflect this.
