Because we have had to throw out entire groups of food...
Guest is at breakfast bar (in lobby), starts shifting through the bagels...with his hands....older Gentleman, the SC...after about 20 seconds of witnessing this from the desk
Me: Could you use the tong? (oh shit, shouldn't have been so rude)
SC: Oh...yeah...I only touched this one... Sorry, I thought I was at home
Me: (trying to make up for being rude) Well, that is good, though.
SC: Or at the horse farm where no body cares...something

A grown adult touching all of the bagels? I have had people open up the serving things...sneeze all over everything....choose their food...then leave like they didn't do a damn thing wrong. Course, everything sneezed on had to get tossed right away. All the other guests are looking DISGUSTED, and the sneezer just sat down like they did nothing wrong. I realize it's early morning, but honestly!
