Fake money - Watch out

After looking at it more today, the paper just doesn't feel right. I had the same thought the night I took it but it did have the water marks strip so I took it.

my aunt(very odd/eccentric) used to wash, starch, and iron all her bills as she liked them "crisp"-which made them feel "strange" and they would have "failed" the iodine test. Maybe it was washed and starched on accident?
