Argabarga, you missed one!
I found a reeeaaallllyyyy bad fake handicap permit in my parking lot.
It was a white PIECE OF CARDBOARD with a date and # written in marker, and a PICTURE of the handicap symbol glued to it!
To top it off, the date was expired!
The icing was that I'd ticketed this SAME car several months ago, for using this SAME fake permit. Heh, I thought it looked familiar.
At LEAST use blue cardboard next time!
