The batter bunts the ball. The pitcher fields it and tries for the put-out at first base, but that results in an E1 (error on the pitcher).
The right fielder fields the errant throw, and tries to throw to third base, but overthrows the third baseman, resulting in an E9, the batter in turn scores.
Wild play.
