Hi. I'm a lurker, soon to be a former lurker. I've been doing customer service work for fifteen years, and in that time, I've seen some very interesting things and dealt with all kinds of people.
I never fail to get a kick out of the stories here. If nothing else...I know I'm not alone.
Not all customers suck, but when they do...they really suck.
And as Arnold said when approached about portraying one of the great composers..."I'll be Bach."
