This one hasn't been cleared up yet..... Is it Round and Round by Ratt?

and for my obscure song hint: Soft white silver metal - song on a 2007 album (the second ever released by the band)

Female parents prevent your newly born children from rustling bovines - sung by two people; one of which told Buddy Holly he hoped his plane would crash... the very night it did!

Mama don't let your babies grow up to be cowboys? Not sure who sung..IF that is the right answer...

Single Occular ((spelling?)) orb of the Panthera Tigris - Was a theme song for a very popular (in its time) movie(s).
Engaged to the amazing Marmalady. She is my Silver Dragon, shining as bright as the sun. I her Black Dragon (though good honestly), dark as night..fierce and strong.

The band's name means "To gradually vanish from sight" or "To dissipate; as in a vapor"

                          Lithium - Evanescence

Loved Ed the Sock's take on them... it was pretty courageous to use a big word that none of their fans would be able to spell... a term that basically meant "a musical fart."

I have no new one right now.

EDIT: Hey, look, a new one!

Something that Mario would say when injured - immensly popular song from the 70's
