Yup, gotta love it. Constructed by someone who knew full well that they would never have to do any repairs.

Yep. And we did determine that the same cable contractor ran that drop and about 30 others in addition to another small wire closet with 24 drops.

We have in our documentation to expect to have to pull new drops if any issues occur. We are now beginning the process of trying to trace the drops to the patch panel and figure out that 2nd wire closet with all the wires somewhere behind the sheet rock.
