    Just had a thought. Go Middle Eastern and do some small balls of felafel on toothpicks. Those are always good. Great meat substitute, and very tasty. You could also do some spring rolls, Thai or Vietnamese style would probably be simplest. You could buy some nuoc mam to go with it as a dipping sauce.
