Just a quick exchange between myself and my manager "Q" tonight. You might find some humor to it.
Q: "Before you leave tonight, I need you to clean up the aisle with all the clearance stuff in it. It looks like absolute crap."
Me: *stands there a second debating whether to go for it or not* "For what it's worth, doesn't it ALWAYS look like crap?" *proceed toward the aisle in question...*
Q: "Touche. Nevertheless..."
(Normally, I don't talk smack to managers, but Q was one of us up until a few months ago when he left our department to become an AM. It is with that in mind that I find myself more able to talk freely to him than with most of the other managers.)
