Irate SC doesn't understand how loans work

I paid mine off in December. Paid $105,000 for it, it's now valued at $275,000 and that will probably jump as some nearby vacant land has been sold and a big business/residential park is being built. I'd look at building over there, but my realtor estimates the lots alone will sell for over $100,000.
