SC: i called yesterday looking for this book and the lady told me that it was still in a box and that the guy who unboxes stuff wasnt there so i was wondering if its been unboxed today.
me: (looks up book. sees it is indeed in a box. but its not coming out of that box until february. i think about how to explain this to her.) hmm...
SC: i gotta go. i'll call you back. ::click::

five minutes later, she calls back.
me: you were looking for this book right? well, its still in a box. it wont be--
SC: okay i'll call back tomorrow. i gotta go.
me: ma'am! it wont--we cant--no one--

book in question is in a box because it was a bargain book that had to be pulled off the floor to make room for the 4 displays of calendars we have to put up.
