  • stupid customer of the day award

Today's award goes to the woman who couldn't tell the difference between the garbage can and the bookdrop return slots, and threw out twelve children's books. And to top things off, she apparently felt that she should not be charged for her mistake, because it was our "fault" that we didn't make things more clear for customers.

(the last I heard, our branch manager had gotten her to agree to replace some of those books......not sure about the rest)

So words like "trash" and "book return" don't give her a clue?

To be fair, with some "literature" these days, it's probably hard to tell the difference.

I'm guessing the "children's books" were pushing the limits of her reading ability and/or attention span.

If they were any of the Twilight books then she did use the correct receptacle.

They're not THAT bad.....granted, I liked the first one, but didn't really get into the series after that. (of course, I would have loved it if I was in high school)

I read the end before all the hype and thought it was...well, I dunno.

Rewrite it with Ryuk in place of Edward and I'd buy that in a second.
