This describes one of my most painful customers. She argues asks questions without listening to the answer, demands refunds when she knows well that she's not entitled to them (consumer law here is exchange only, no refunds required for change of mind) and ALWAYS asks for a discount. The kicker? She worked at another shop for all of 2 months three years ago.
